List poem

This week we have been making list poems its been very fun and easy. A list poem is you have a certain topic and you write things about that topic but it has to be 9 sentences or more. The easy part was writing about my topic because I knew what to write. The hard part was knowing how to present it because I didn't know if I should make it attractive or normal. The thing I will do next time is nothing because I think I did a great list poem.

Surf life saving

Last week NRT, some of room 16 and NRC had gone to Ruakaka for surf life saving lessons. We all had learnt a lot but I think I learnt more. I learnt what a rip dose and how to spot one, what equipment a lifeguard uses and how to play different lifeguard games. The cool part about that trip was swimming and being with friends. The part I disliked was having to hope out of the water. Also we had two lifeguards teaching us these things there names were Stella and Sophie and they were amazing. I´d also liked to thank the parent helpers and the teachers that helped too. Here are some photos from our trip.

This is just to say

Today we have been working on some school kit work it has been fun and interesting. We did something called this is just to say. It is kinda like a poem but it kinda is like writing. We had a certain topic and the topic was the worst thing we did when we were young. The easy part was writing it because I had a clear idea of what I was going to write. There was no hard part because it was pretty easy. The thing I will do next time is write a bit more. But other than that I think I did very well. Here is my work.

Te tiriti o Waitangi

For the past two weeks we have been working around the tiriti o Waitangi and what it means to you. Its been pretty easy but at the same time fun. The hard part was knowing what to write because Waitangi meant so much to me that I couldn't think probably so I should of just wrote down notes. The easy part was the majority of the work because it was pretty easy like I said before. The thing I will do next time is to go over it and add a bit more information around it. Assmble T1

School has finally started and the past three weeks have been fun and interesting. This week we focused on our art and assembly items it´s been fun. The hard part was translating English into Maori because I am in a bilingual class and we had to speck in Maori during our assembly. The easy part was making the slides for our assembly because our topic was Maori and English so that was pretty easy. The thing I need to work on is making sure everything makes scene and its finished on time. My favorite item is a tik tok compilation we made because it was fun making them.
