    It sounds like you and your family do really well to stay fit and healthy! I like how you go for runs together with your mum and sisters.

    My favourite way to stay active is to take my dog Tess for walks through the forest. I also love swimming!

    I think it's really important to do things that are healthy for your mental health too. I like to read, draw and paint to stay healthy. Do you have similar things that you enjoy doing?

    I'm looking forward to reading more of your posts!
