I think you've talked about some really important points in your mental health poster.
You're right, everyone is different and everyone experiences different challenges in their lives but it can make a big impact if we try to help each other through those problems.
If I have a friend that is sad or having a hard time, I try to do nice things like cook them a meal, go for a walk with them, or make them a nice card. Can you think of any other things that might help someone that is going through something difficult?
It's clear that you have a lot of compassion for people that might be struggling, Mahuta. That is a very valuable quality to have :)
