These past few weeks we have been doing our careers mahi and I have finally finished. It's been very long and boring but I'm finally done and that's what matters. The part I enjoyed was formatting my work into a google slide because I made it look nice and tidy. The part I disliked was researching because it took so long to find all the information I needed. The easy part was writing 10 questions because that was easy. We had to write 10 question that we would ask someone if we interviewed them and ask them why they wanted to so the job and more. The hard part was making sure I did everything correct because I thought I had missed something or missed a step. The thing I will do next time is go over it again to make sure I have everything. Here is my presentation on my careers mahi.
I am a year 10 student at Bay of Islands College in Kawakawa, New Zealand. This is a place where I share my learning.

Dream job
This week we have been doing some mahi around what we want to be in the future. First we had to chose four jobs you wanted to do and research about it. We had to find out how much they get, what to study to get there and what is it what dose it mean to be it. The part I enjoyed was seeing how much money they make because I thought I would make that much and became rich. ( Hahahaha ) The part I disliked was researching because it was so boring. The easy part was picking four jobs because I knew what to pick and the jobs I picked were a lawyer, teacher, dentist and a photographer. The hard part was picking the one I wanted to do the most because I liked them all. Here is a photo of my messy work.

Traditinal art
This week we have been doing some traditional art. The art we have been doing is about the country we have been researching about like how I did Tahiti I had to do traditional art from Tahiti. I am very bad at art so I had my teacher do it for me ( hehehehehe. ) First we had to look up traditional art from that country and do four drafts ( But I did like 20. ) My teacher had drawn a tiare and I just colored it in. The part I enjoyed was coloring in because that is probably the best part of art. The thing I disliked was not being able to draw it, I would of drawn it if I wasn't bad at art. The easy part was of course coloring in because how is that not easy. The hard part was making it look like traditional art. It looks more like Hawaii art and not Tahitian art. The thing I will do next time is at least try and draw it but it most likely will not happen. So here is a photo of my art ( Teachers art to. )
